Reiki energy helps to heal on many different levels. Is there any area of your life where you could use some healing energy?

Mentally: I am always in my head, have nightmares, or feel scatterbrained at times.

Physically: I have physical pain, frequent headaches, sinus issues, digestive issues, or other physical discomort.

Emotionally: I have a hard time expressing how I feel, sometimes I have emotional outbursts, or I tend to hold back my emotions.

Spiritually: I do not feel connected to my spiritual self, there are times when I do not have any faith left, I don't feel like anyone is looking out for me, I have a lot of "bad luck."

What areas of your life could use improvement?

I want to feel relaxed, I have a hard time sleeping or suffer from anxiety.

I need more energy, I feel depleted and drained often.

I want answers to some big life questions, I often question my purpose or path in life.

I just want to find happiness, sometimes I feel cursed or like things never work out for me.

I want to find balance, I have a hard time staying grounded or feeling things deeply.
