What are the steps to resubmit a request with a new LOA?
Download new LOA > Search the request in Documo > Email the customer.
Don't worry about it, it will eventually find its way.
Download new LOA > Search the request in Telnyx > Attach new LOA > Leave comment asking Telnyx to resubmit.

How do you check if a number is portable?
Ask it nicely.
Create new port request in APP and check there.

The number already resides with Telnyx.
