How do you Most Often Manage Conflict?

You are picking a movie to watch with your friend- you like horror but she likes comedy. After 15 minutes you cannot decide and are both frustrated. How do you solve this?

Even though it's neither of your favorites, you both like romance a bit. You choose to watch this genre instead.

Despite the fact you don't like comedy, you want her to be happy so you choose to watch a funny movie.

You grab the remote and tell her you are watching a horror movie no matter what.

You don't do anything, hoping your friend will want to do something else later.

You decide to make a marathon out of it! First you will watch a horror movie and watch a comedy after so you are both happy

Your boss assigns you a shift on a day you asked not to be scheduled. You already made plans to go out with your friends and don't want to cancel. What do you do?

You don't show up to work. It's their fault so you don't feel the need to discuss it.

You call your boss and agree to change your shift to the next day after discussing the situation and coming to an understanding.

You are disappointed but cancel your plans and show up to the shift.

You and your classmate discuss why you think you would be good at the role and agree to both do a little bit of it- helping eachother along the way.

You let your classmate take their preferred role.

You don't say much for the rest of the class and let your group members pick the roles.
