If there are distractions in the physical environment as you try to complete a task, what is your response to these distractions?

You ignore them

You take interest in these distractions but consciously force yourself to ignore them on account of your current task

You try your utmost to ignore these distractions however after a while you will forgo your task in favour of these distractions

You get easily distracted by them which causes you to forgo your task in favour of these distractions

If the tasks at hand are tedious, boring and/or difficult what is your response to these tasks?

You complete the task anyway

You slightly resent the task but this does not stop you from completing it

You try your best to quickly finish these tasks however, after a while you become extremely frustrated as the task is not something you enjoy and you forgo it in favour of other tasks that evoke positive emotions in you
