I try not to beat myself up. I just get back on track at the next meal or the next workout.
I'm a perfectionist. If I mess up, I want to throw in the towel.
I feel guilty for a while. It takes me a day or two to get back on track, but I'll eventually get over it.
Mess up? I will never mess up because I am determined to succeed!
After you've reached your goal weight, what will you do?
I will continue eating healthy foods and working out.
I will go back to eating some of the foods I put off limits. If I notice that I've started gaining weight again, I'll get back on my healthy eating and exercise plan to do damage control.
I will try to cut myself some slack while maintaining my weight loss.
I will go back to my old ways without checking in with my weight too often--it's too much upkeep to keep track of that consistently!
