Am very glad you were offered a slightly higher rate. We are not offering such interest rates for now as most of our clients like yourself would prefer to park part of it into opportunities in the market. I tried calling my OGR (CDD/EDD Non-Corro) client twice on separate days. The first time, he did not pick up. In the second try, he picked up but refused to be verified. What should I do next?
