Why is it important to check if the assigned case is symptomatic (Covid symptoms)?
If someone has Covid consistent symptoms it is important to capture the details of the symptoms and suspend the case
If you know this person has Covid consistent symptoms you will have to raise a clinical call back and a Clinician will call them back to go through the detailed symptoms.
