Just so you know: if you're already healthy and strong you don't need to take any extra vitamine supplements. This can do more harm than good and you're even possible of intoxicating yourself. The thing is though, a lot of people think they're healthy when they really aren't. So then how do you know if you're healthy or not? Take a good look at your nails: if they break easily, don't grow much, or they're dry and brittle, you're not as healthy as you think you are.
