Exhibits all leadership skills, has a strong business sense and is deeply committed to the project and the overall success of the team. Is eager to support others, sees opportunities and sets the overall vision for the group.

The leadership skills include:

• Ownership and responsibility to continuously motivate the team and build the individual skills' set of each team member.
• Has strong points of view, while remaining inclusive and willing to listen to others.
• Has the ability to set aside personal convictions and ego with ease.
• Solid sense of companionship and empathy towards the team and others.
• Engages naturally into conversations with all team members.
• Displays a constant curiosity and desire to keep learning.

Identifies unique opportunities and sees a future that currently does not exist. Although some details about how to get there may be hazy, the visionary’s account is more than enough to start the team on its way.

A person with visionary thinking has a deep craving for innovation and finding new ways to rut situations or old paths. They poses the ability to communicate and/or demonstrate their vision to others.

Has the ability to translate all thinking and ideas to a visual language so others can understand it easily and improve the work in progress.

They are crucial when assisting the team to share its’ vision and achieve the overall success of the project through design.

They are experts at persuasion and manage to flawlessly deliver ideas to both team mates and target audience alike. Their strength to deliver effective messages is based on the understanding of the project’s needs and goals and anticipating any concerns their target audience may have.

A person with strong verbal communication supports its statements with facts and evidence to ensure obstacles will be spotted and resolved.

Someone who is fully aware of the value of empathy and has a keen ability to observe, perceive and understand the unique needs and emotions of the customer or target audience.

Since they are constantly thinking about the customer, they excel in offering and designing tailored services that meet their customer’s needs.

They perfectly understand the overall objectives of the project and plan accordingly to develop the right questions.

A person with strong applied research dwelves on inquiry and has a deep craving for understanding. Once the research is completed, they display a powerful sense of analysis, weighting the pros and cons and, if needed, engage in more research in order to develop or answer further questions.

They travel to the outer edges of a problem, then work their way back to reveal all the parts and how they connect. They have an exhaustive understanding of a situation or problem and explore all feasible options to achieve their objective.

They are invaluable when the team is trying to get through a complicated situation and contribute with surgically planned solutions.

They are the quiet engine of the team, able to keep pushing themselves and the work until it is truly done. They pace themselves for the long haul, ignoring momentary setbacks and concentrating on getting their task completed.
