I have no recollection of signing up to Rosetta Stone. Can you please tell me when this was set up? I believe this may be fraudulent and would like to investigate it further. My customer reference number is 100000 UK . I had subscribed an online english course (Order Number: 100000). It was supposed my credit card to be charged by the monthly amount of the subscription. The first amount was definately payed, but something happened and now I have 70,24€ in debit. Due my account have be blocked I subscribed another 3 month online course, and had access to my account again. So why I have to pay for the previous subscription? I hope to have this situation clarified as soon as possible.

I've been trying to make a purchase (American English) which I've used before. I do not know what's going on, but I just can not make the payment, when I try to log in through a computer to log in and buy into my account, an error message appears when logging in, but I can get through the Kindle Fire application, but the lessons are all blocked because I need to make the payment to access them.
