However, Jupiter always see Venus scolding people in the line in front of other people and being sarcasm with other operators. But since Venus is performing well, she do not want to disturb the way Venus is handling her job. Afraid that this might impact the outcome, she just let Venus handle everything and trusted that Venus’s way of doing is what leading the results.

What do you think is the right thing to do by Jupiter?

 

Stop the unethical behavior and provide candid feedback to Venus that Jupiter witnessed. (scolding, shouting, sarcasm)
Provide Mentoring. Tell Venus, she should use appropriate words and behave professionally.
Keep monitoring Venus’s presented behavior, highlight to HR if require any helps.
